RETURN POLICY.

You can return any item purchased in ESSENTIAL MORE THAN A FRAGRANCE for the following reasons:

  • If the item has manufacturing defects.
  • If there is a mistake in the item sent, keeping the original packaging without showing signs of abuse.

In the reception of erroneous or damaged merchandise, the physical change of the same will be applied only if it was reported during the first 72 hours after its delivery, to the following telephone numbers:

The guarantee will be valid only for 7 calendar days upon receipt of the same.

Procedure for the Return in the physical store.

  1. you return the merchandise, you must go to the address of the physical store ESSENTIAL MORE THAN A FRAGRANCE presenting the merchandise, the original invoice or purchase receipt and the credit card on which the charge was generated.
  2. In the event that other merchandise has been sent by mistake or that it presents a manufacturing defect, the physical change may be made, if it is available.
  • If the store does not have stock, you can choose another equivalent item of your choice, or otherwise, the refund will be made to your credit card.
  1. If other merchandise was sent by mistake or has a manufacturing defect, a full refund of the merchandise will be made, plus shipping costs.
  2. If you only wish to cancel your purchase, the refund will be made for the amount of the merchandise, not including shipping costs.
